Jamerrill, I have been a single mom since my sons were 2 years old and this September they will be 35. One is married and the dad to my beautiful precious granddaughter who just turned 1 last week. ❤️❤️ Wasn’t always fun or easy but when my sons were younger we called ourselves the 3 Musketeers ❤️. I kixk off my day with some green tea and heavy whipping cream at 9 am. Then I eat three eggs and 3 pieces of bacon around noon, and some sort of meat for dinner at 6 pm.

I may not know you but I think you’re quite awesome. Keep smiling. God only gives his strongest children the hardest trials and you’re going to be great. Hugs from my sons and I. Even though I am a man, I am still changing my diet some from what you’re teaching. I’m all my kids have. Their mother left us in 2017 and signed off on our kids. We are doing fine, but the first year was hell for me. My sons have been fine the entire time. They’re so strong. But she wasn’t around much their entire lives. I love being a dad. Never dreamed I’d be a single dad with full custody. Enough about me. I am so proud of you!!

Carry the Truvia in your purse, don't leave it in your car. Those sweetners (Truvia, Splenda, Stevia, Equal, etc.) turns to wood formaldehyde if the temps in the car gets above 70 degrees.

A quick THM question, as the Googles isn't much help.... Would white keto bread and tortillas be on plan for E or S meals? For example, La Banderita Carb Counter Street Taco white tortillas are zero net carbs for 1, as is Lewis brand White Keto bread for 1 slice. I can't seem to find any real answer on whether or not to use them. I love to make toast in the morning on the Lewis keto bread with ChocZero strawberry spread, but I don't want to throw myself off plan by using something that could potentially be a chink in the chain.
